Yoga Se Hi Hoga- Benefits of Doing Yoga Daily

On the day of ‘INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY’ would like to share my experience with yoga and how practicing it daily changed my life. Change is from inside, the whole world remains the same but the change within me and how I look at the world has changed. Never goes a Day if I do yoga and regret it, rather its the other way around if I don’t roll out my mat I regret at the end of the day. Today I finished my 108 Days of practicing Yoga, So 90mins everyday spending time on my mat sweating and breathing, as my deep breaths were there to support me with every difficult pose. I had planned 108 Classes in a way that everyday I am practicing new poses or trying different flows. After 108 days I am a different person than what I was 108 days ago my strength and Flexibility is improving by the minute I feel. I was enlightened but it also felt like I was pouring energy into myself everyday. After 90 minutes of Yoga I am tired, sweaty and just blank. It became a routine of 90mins Yoga and during these 90 minutes my mind was switched off from the rest of the world and going deep into the flow like a Moving Meditation.

IT IS LIKE MINI VACATION FOR MY MIND.

When you practice Yoga once or twice a week its nice but your progress will be very slow probably stay in the beginners level for a long time and you will start to feel that Yoga is tough, you are not flexible enough, but believe me doing it everyday will change your relationship with the poses. The Health benefits of Yoga can mostly be seen when you practice it daily.
