Kundalini Practices

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.” The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Yoganidra

Yoga Nidra literally means yogic sleep. It is an ancient technique where the practitioner enters the deep states of conscious relaxation. It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world. It brings us to a state of deep sleep where our senses, intellect, and mind relax.

Chakra Balancing

Chakra balancing is a type of meditation that seeks to clear blocked chakras and harness the power of these energy centers located throughout the body.

Heart Meditation

Open Heart Meditation is a natural practice to cleanse negative emotions from our spiritual heart, relieve anxiety, reduce stress and help us to feel calmer, more peaceful, and joyful in our daily life.

Meditation for Migraines & Headaches

Focus Meditation

Nadabrahma is the humming meditation – through humming and hand movements conflicting parts of you start falling in tune, and you bring harmony to your whole being. Then, with body and mind totally together, you “slip out of their hold” and become a witness to both.

Mantra Chanting

Chanting is used as a spiritual tool in virtually every cultural and religious tradition. In the yogic tradition, a mantra is a Sanskrit word that has special powers to transform mind, body and spirit. A mantra is a word, or a series of words chanted aloud or silently to invoke spiritual qualities.

Natraj Meditation

Nataraj is the energy of dance. This is dance as a meditation, where all inner division disappears and a subtle, relaxed awareness remains. The meditation is to be done with its specific OSHO Nataraj Meditation music, which indicates and energetically supports the different stages.

Mind to No Mind (Gibberish)

Gibberish allows us to express emotions and thoughts without the limitations and patterns of words, and to clean the “noise in the head”. Then we can enjoy the quiet space created within us. This meditation has two stages.
